Job Description

  • Chịu trách nhiệm toàn diện về mọi hoạt động của cửa hàng Cheers.
  • Tiếp nhận, xây dựng và triển khai thực hiện chỉ tiêu kế hoạch của cửa hàng.
  • Quản lý cửa hàng, dẫn dắt độ ngũ nhân viên hoàn thành mục tiêu chất lượng được giao
  • Điều hành, xếp ca và vị trí làm việc, quản lý làm việc và chất lượng công việc của nhân viên.
  • Hiểu biết và nắm vững công việc của các nhân viên trong cửa hàng và có khả năng thay thế khi cần thiết.

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên.
  • Có kinh nghiệm trong hệ thống bán lẻ.
  • Ngoại ngữ: giao tiếp.
  • Vi tính: trình độ A
  • Giao tiếp, đàm phán thương lượng tốt
  • Giải quyết vấn đề nhanh chóng
  • Điều hành quản lý
