Job Description

  • Kiểm tra hồ sơ, chứng từ, hợp đồng mua, bán, thuê/cho thuê và hợp đồng thanh toán cho đối tác đúng quy định
  • Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra hóa đơn, chứng từ mua bán hàng hóa, dịch vụ
  • Lập chứng từ thu, chi các khoản tiền mặt
  • Theo dõi tiền bán hàng, quản lý, đối chiếu, cân đối thừa, thiếu thu ngân, kiểm soát báo cáo bán hàng từng till, ca, cash, user thu ngân theo đúng nguyên tắc quản lý tiền hàng, tài sản.
  • Định kỳ đối chiếu công nợ, theo dõi và thu hồi đúng hạn, không để nợ khó đòi
  • Theo dõi công nợ phải thu mặt bằng, quầy, kệ,…

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Kế toán/ Tài chính- Ngân hàng / Kiểm toán. Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng, các phần mềm kế toán.
  • Trung thực, cẩn thận
  • Địa điểm làm việc: TTTM Sense City Phạm Văn Đồng (240-242 Đường Kha Vạn Cân, Phường Hiệp Bình Chánh, TP.Thủ Đức,TP.HCM)
