Job Description

  • Thời gian làm việc 7h30 - 15h30 hoặc có thể làm giờ hành chính.
  • Tiếp nhận chứng từ nhập – xuất hàng hóa, đối chiếu số liệu với thực tế.
  • Nhập dữ liệu hàng hóa vào hệ thống (tên hàng, số lượng, mã hàng, đơn vị tính, vị trí lưu trữ,...).
  • Cập nhật, kiểm tra và đối chiếu định kỳ số liệu tồn kho giữa sổ sách và thực tế.
  • Phối hợp với bộ phận kho, kế toán và các bộ phận liên quan khi có sự chênh lệch số liệu.
  • Lưu trữ, sắp xếp chứng từ, hồ sơ nhập – xuất – tồn gọn gàng, đúng quy định.
  • Hỗ trợ kiểm kê hàng hóa định kỳ hoặc đột xuất.
  • Thực hiện các công việc hành chính – văn thư khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý kho.

  • Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên
  • Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng
