Job Description

  • Quản lý quỹ tiền mặt thực tế của đơn vị
  • Chuẩn bị tiền lẻ đầu ngày cho Ban điều hành/ Nhóm trưởng Thu ngân
  • Thu, chi tiền mặt dựa trên phiếu chi, phiếu thu đúng quy định
  • Kiểm, đếm và chốt tiền chi, nhận và lưu sổ quỹ
  • Kiểm quỹ, kết sổ tồn quỹ cuối ngày cùng bộ phận Kế toán và báo cáo cho Kế toán trưởng
  • Quản lý phiếu mua hàng nhận từ Nhân viên Kế toán nghiệp vụ
  • Xuất phiếu mua hàng cho các bộ phận liên quan theo phiếu xuất hợp lệ
  • Kiểm kê phiếu mua hàng chưa phát hành, phiếu mua hàng đã sử dụng khớp với số trên chương trình điện toán, cắt góc, chốt sổ và bàn giao cho Nhân viên Kế toán nghiệp vụ

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên và có kinh nghiệm liên quan.
