Job Description

  • Phối hợp với tổ Bảo vệ nhận tiền lẻ tại phòng quỹ và chia tiền lẻ cho các quầy thu ngân theo phân công
  • Kiểm tra thiết bị điện toán, dụng cụ hỗ trợ công tác thu ngân
  • Tính tiền, thu tiền, kiểm đếm tiền và bao gói hàng hóa.
  • Kết ca làm việc, kê tiền nộp tiền về phòng quỹ đúng quy trình, quy định
  • Đổi, trả hàng hóa tại quầy thu ngân/ quầy đổi, trả đúng quy trình, quy định
  • Kiểm tra và xử lý các trường hợp gian lận (tráo tem, tiền giả,…) đúng quy trình, quy định
  • Tiếp nhận và giải quyết các thắc mắc, khiếu nại của khách hàng (đổi trả hàng của khách, hóa đơn lỗi,…)
