Job Description

  • Nhận bàn giao hóa đơn, chứng từ nhập liệu.
  • Kiểm tra tính hợp lệ của hóa đơn, chứng từ, tiến hành nhập liệu vào hệ thống, thực hiện so khớp, validated hóa đơn.
  • Thực hiện luân chuyển hóa đơn, chứng từ và lưu trữ chứng từ kế toán theo quy định.
  • Xuất store use đối với hàng hóa tiêu dùng nội bộ, hàng hủy, hàng không phù hợp.
  • Đối chiếu doanh số bán hàng.
  • Kiểm soát, xử lý số liệu nhập xuất trước khi tiến hành kiểm kê và tham gia kiểm kê.
  • Đảm bảo an toàn thông tin, bảo mật thông tin, dữ liệu, số liệu theo các quy trình, quy định.

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp cấp 3 trở lên. Có 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực liên quan.
